Review and Summary of 2025 Work
At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Yang Qijun, Director of Operations, delivered a report on the 2025 business performance summary and 2026 work plan. With detailed data and impressive achievements, the report fully reviewed the company’s breakthroughs in production and operation, quality improvement, lean innovation and other aspects in 2025. It also clearly outlined the development goals, priorities and implementation paths for 2026, pointing out the direction for all colleagues and filling everyone with confidence for the coming year.
Afterwards, Mr. Chen Guanglin, General Manager, delivered a concluding speech. He fully affirmed the outstanding achievements made by all staff in 2025 through joint efforts in overcoming difficulties, and put forward earnest expectations and specific requirements for the work in 2026.
Mr. Chen’s speech was visionary and inspiring. It not only recognized the dedication and hard work of the past, but also conveyed firm confidence in future development, injecting strong motivation into all employees to forge ahead bravely.
Role Models Set the Benchmark, Forging Ahead with Strength
In 2025, a large number of outstanding individuals and excellent teams who are dedicated to their jobs, achieved remarkable performance and dared to take responsibility emerged in various positions of the company. They are the backbone of the company's development and even more role models for all colleagues to learn from.
The conference ushered in the most exciting recognition session, successively presenting individual awards such as the 6S Red Flag Bearer, Outstanding Newcomer Award, Quality Model, and Excellent Employee, as well as special team awards such as the Best Team. At the same time, the Loyalty Award was presented to employees who have stuck to the company for ten years, paying tribute to their companionship and silent dedication all the way.
From the 6S practitioners who deeply engage in on-site management, to the emerging new forces showing their talents; from the models guarding the quality lifeline, to the excellent employees rooted in their positions; from the lean improvement teams that overcome difficulties, to the sales teams with outstanding performance, and then to the loyal partners who have persisted for ten years like a day, every winner and every winning team has interpreted the company's core values with solid work and responsibility.
At the award ceremony, there was constant applause and shining glory. The leaders presented awards to the winners and took group photos as a memento. This honor is not only an affirmation of the efforts in the past, but also an incentive for forging ahead in the future.
Culture Anchors the Original Aspiration, Oath Initiates a New Journey
Corporate culture is the spiritual core of a company's development and an inexhaustible driving force for uniting the team. During the conference, Director Yang Qijun once again gave a corporate culture promotion to all colleagues, in-depth interpreting the connotation and significance of the company's culture, and guiding everyone to internalize the corporate culture in the heart and externalize it in action, making culture a powerful force for uniting people's hearts and driving development.
